Data Deletion

You can delete your account and your personal data from La Lista at any time. This page explains the available paths and exactly what happens.
1. In the product (immediate)
Sign in and go to My profile → Delete my account. We ask for a written confirmation and the deletion runs immediately.
2. By email
Write to privacy@lalista.club from your registered email address requesting deletion. We respond within 15 days.
3. If you connected Instagram
When you remove La Lista under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, Meta notifies us automatically: we disconnect the account and discard the style degrees derived from those photos.
Remember that the photos themselves were never stored — only the numbers derived from them.
4. What is erased
- Email, display name, username, birth date, gender, and password.
- Your style profile and the degrees derived from photos.
- Quiz answers and like/dismiss reactions.
- Instagram identifier, handle, and token.
- Share links you created and your follow relationships.
5. What is anonymized
Purchase clicks are not erased: we remove the link to you and keep only the statistical row, without a personal identifier.
We also keep an audit record containing only the hash of your email and the date, to evidence that the request was fulfilled.
6. Timeframe
Deletion done in the product is immediate. Email requests are fulfilled within 15 days.
