Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
By using La Lista you agree to these terms. They describe what the product does, what it does not do, and what we expect from you.
1. What La Lista is
La Lista is a style discovery tool: we calculate your style profile and suggest pieces from partner brands ordered by their affinity with that profile.
We do not sell clothing. Every purchase happens on the brand's own site, subject to their terms, privacy policy, payment, and delivery.
2. No guarantee of price, availability, or delivery
We do not control brand inventory or pricing. Information comes from public catalogs and may be outdated at the moment you click.
What always prevails is what appears on the brand's site at the time of purchase.
3. Partnership compensation
We may earn a commission when a purchase happens through one of our redirects.
This does not change your closet's ranking: the order of the pieces is calculated exclusively by affinity with your style profile. We state this because transparency is a condition of trust.
4. Minimum age
Use of La Lista is permitted from the age of 18, or from 16 with the assistance of a legal guardian, under the Brazilian Civil Code.
5. Conduct
By using La Lista, you agree not to:
- Use automated means to scrape data from the product or the catalogs.
- Attempt to access another person's closet, profile, or data without their authorization.
- Misuse third-party brands, logos, and images displayed in the product.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent technical limits.
6. Third-party content
Brand names, logos, and images belong to those brands and are displayed only to identify the products. No sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, without justification, directly in the product. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
La Lista is provided as is. We are not liable for purchase decisions, for the acts of partner brands, or for temporary service unavailability.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The venue of the consumer's domicile is elected to settle any disputes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
